Payments are due on the 1st of the month. Your beginning month is prorated based on your start date. All class packs and memberships must be paid in full before use.
Yes—with clearance from your doctor or physiotherapist. Let François know in advance so sessions can be customized accordingly.
Just reach out via WhatsApp and we'll work it out together. Memberships can be paused for medical reasons. We do not offer refunds for unused sessions, but we're always happy to find a solution that works for you.
